How Dell is transforming team member experience

Pat Quigley is vice president for Team Member Experience at Dell Technologies. Under his leadership the Team Member Experience function has reduced End User incident resolution time by 80% and developed a Standard Client catalog based on user/work persona profiles, reducing new client provisioning time from 16 days to 2 days and reducing the average client cost by 10%.

His team are now rolling out Dell Technologies Unified Workspace to deliver a modern user experience to Dell Technologies team members.
